The most unique part of the facility @theGym is our Strength & Conditioning (S&C) gym. Showcasing our consulting and equipment available through The Gym Revolution store, we held no stops on making the Nailsea S&C the very best there is.

@theGym is now offering PRIVATE TEAM TRAINING packages for all sports, ages and experience levels in our state-of-the-art STRENGTH & CONDITIONING gym in NAILSEA (Bristol/ North Somerset).

If you and your team are not participating in a comprehensive, sequential, scientifically based SPORTS-SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE training program under the close supervision of a qualified Strength Coach, then you are not getting the most out of your athletes!

Quality Sports Performance training goes far beyond just lifting weights or throwing exercises together in circuit. Comprehensive programming should include MOBILITY and CORRECTIVE EXERCISE, SPEED, AGILITY, PLYOMETRICS, BALANCE TRAINING, ENERGY SYSTEM & MOVEMENT PATTERN SPECIFIC CONDITIONING, and much more!
