Welcome!😊

@theGym is an in-person facility – we are always manned and we say “hello” 👋 to you when you walk in. If you wish to check out our gym, the best thing to do is to simply pop in. You’re welcome to have a look around and see whether @theGym is for you 👌

We offer a large training space of machines and freeweights, with a huge array of kit. Our cardio landing enjoys the latest Life Fitness machines with easy-to-navigate touch-screens. We have a specialist Strength & Conditioning Gym, which plays host to many of our 40+ instructor led classes. Our own Hyrox Gym and Spin Studio are included in our good-value membership, also. Come and check it all out 👍

Please feel free to direct message (DM), text, or call, also. We are here to help 🫶.
